Political Scientist specialized in Peace Culture and International Humanitarian Law, and a Master’s candidate in Human Rights and Peace Culture at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.  

Maria Isabel has over nine years of professional experience, primarily focused on peacebuilding, armed conflict, and support for vulnerable populations in southwestern Colombia. Her background includes extensive work in social research, academic writing, and contextual analysis.

Currently, María Isabel serves as a Licensing and Compliance Professional at Harrington Forero, where she is responsible for the application, management, and renewal of business licenses.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, going to the cinema, and spending time with her family and friends.
